See, while checking for some skin products at Etudehouse SM Fairview last week, I passed by the section for make ups and decided to check their famous Miss Tangerine collection. I noticed this liquid type concealer, I have actually been using the stick type of them for more than a year now. The friendly sales lady even did a very quick demo of it's concealing power... I just decided to give it a try and I happened to love it because of this horrible changes on my skin.
Going back this change, TL Ronna said that she saw in an article that most often, pimples on the chin part of our face is caused by STRESS.
Aww.. am I? I actually thought I am depress and not really stressed. What she said made me actually think, how come?
Earlier this morning while I was waiting for a bus ride home from work, a thought suddenly crossed my mind. I have been on a BADVIBES the whole for some reasons I really can't determine, OH YEAH, maybe I just woke up on the wrong side of the bed - the side where I felt the missing part of my life, the side where I realized that I am still missing Keith, the side where I thought of the things I want to have but unable to get it. Now, that is definitely a wrong side of my bed. lol
Anyway, I also thought of the difference between "stress" & "depression".
So when I got home, I decided to check it in Google, and here are some of the results;

Stress vs Depression
Stress and Depression are two words that are often understood in one and the same sense. Strictly speaking there is a difference between them. Stress is a kind of tension that arises from our daily dealings with the world. On the other hand depression is a kind of change in the mood caused by biochemical imbalance. This is one of the main differences between stress and depression.
Stress would show through physical, emotional and behavioral symptoms. On the other hand depression would show only through mental symptoms. This is one of the reasons why both are looked upon alike sometimes.
In other words it can be said that stress arises from certain factors related to our reactions to daily life such as pressure of work in the work place, problems in the household and such other matters. On the other hand depression is predominantly a result of lack of confidence, pessimism and such other negative factors.

My idea?
Stress is something that can be obtained through your everyday activities, pressure at work such as deadlines, system issues, error with your reports and a like. The traffic on your way to work, having a hard time getting a ride to work.
Depress is something unknown, it is more like a long-term one. Something that affects you when it comes to doing things you usually do.
Whew, I really don't know! Some things in life are really difficult to explain.
